Who are the LoBD Staff members?
The LoBD Staff members have been chosen to administer the site, assist denizens in need, and keep the quality of content at a maximum. If you need assistance as a LoBD Denizen, contact a staff member.

Can you help me interpret this hierarchy? Who should I talk to?
The staff members at the bottom of the hierarchy are referred to as Departmental Staff. These staff members specialize in one of three sections of LoBD – writing, gallery, or the forum. If you have a specific question about any one of these sections, go to these staff members.

The next level on the hierarchy is referred to as User Relations. If you have any general questions about LoBD, user relations are here to help. If the departmental staff members are unable to answer your inquiries, they may send you to a staff member on the user relations level. If there is a conflict between two LoBD denizens for any reason, seek user relations.

Next, the staff members on the next level are Global Moderators. These staff members control the Land of Broken Dreams as it appears to denizens – they control staff duties, denizen rewards and punishments, and are the ultimate knowledge base on any questions a denizen or staff member may have when exploring LoBD. Just like user relations, these members are here to help the denizens with any general inquiries about the site. Global moderators also help to resolve denizen conflicts.

Lastly, and highest, are the Senior Administrators. These staff members control LoBD entirely, coding the site from scratch since 2006. Any problems that go unresolved through all levels of the staff hierarchy will reach the senior administrators. These members know the most about the inner workings of LoBD, but, normally, do not handle non-website related issues.

How do I become a staff member?
If a slot on the staff hierarchy tree says “OPEN”, you may apply to become a staff member by contacting a Global Moderator. If all slots are currently taken or “CLOSED”, you may still contact a Global Moderator expressing interest in any positions as they may open.
